We want you to love your purchase. If you don't, you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return it.
How to make a return
- Write to us from the contact page, providing your order number.
- We will send you the instructions and return address.
- Once we receive the product, we will refund the amount within a maximum of 14 days, using the same payment method.
Conditions
- The product must be in its original condition, with its packaging and accessories.
- For hygiene reasons, makeup and personal care products must be unopened and unused, unless they arrive defective.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
Defective or damaged products
If your order arrives damaged or does not work correctly, write to us with a photo and we will fix it at no cost to you. All our products come with a 3-year legal guarantee of conformity.
